Qualifications

  • Required: high school diploma or equivalent; preferred: 1 year work with individuals with emotional/behavioral/ developmental disabilities.
  • Preferred: Associate or Bachelor’s degree related to human services.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support residents with trauma-informed care and positive reinforcement.
  • Implement behavioral support plans to promote skill-building.
  • Provide direct supervision, mentoring, and crisis intervention as needed.
  • Assist with daily living activities and transportation as required.
  • Organize structured activities to promote socialization and growth.
  • Maintain accurate records in the EHR system and communicate with the team.
