Ozark Center is seeking a Clinical Support Team Lead Assistant in Missouri to supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations supporting mental health and substance use services. Qualifications

• Experience managing support staff in a clinical setting.
• Experience with medical records and scheduling.
• Ability to manage time sheets and office operations.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates all aspects of medical records compilation & review, scheduling and reception of assigned offices.
• Oversees the supervision and staffing of support personnel, which includes work allocation, training and problem resolution.
• Provides input to Clinical Support Team Leader for performance evaluations (probationary and/or annual) and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
• Under direction of the Clinical Support Team Leader, Clinical Support Team Leader Assistant is responsible for interviewing, submitting a recommendation for hire to the Clinical Support Team Leader and coordination of training and development for all Support Staff in the Clinical Support Team Leader Assistant’s assigned office(s).
• Responsible for the processing of time sheets and the approval of time off requests for all Support Staff in the Clinical Support Team Leader Assistant’s assigned office(s).
• Ensure charts are available for appointments and audits in a timely manner and work in conjunction with the Quality Assurance Team.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
