Qualifications

• Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 4 years' plus direct child care experience in a residential setting with emotionally challenged children.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Computer literate, including Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer, with the ability to learn new software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for Residential Supervisors and staff; hire, train, evaluate, and manage performance.
• Draft and revise program policies; monitor implementation of guidelines.
• Coordinate and provide staff training.
