Job summary

New Haven in Spanish Fork, UT is seeking a Clinical Director to lead a residential program for girls aged 14-18. The role requires full licensure to supervise clinicians in Utah and experience with high-risk adolescents, trauma, and family systems.

Responsibilities include directing individual, family, and group therapy, interdisciplinary treatment planning, and supervising 3-5 clinicians. A sign-on bonus and Mastery Program opportunities accompany a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Utah licensure authorizing psychotherapy (LCSW, LMFT, CMHC, PhD or equivalent).
• Master’s degree required; Doctoral degree strongly preferred (Social Work, Psychology, MFT, or related field).
• Eligible to supervise counseling interns under state guidelines.
• 3+ years in social services or behavioral health, with at least 2 years with high-risk adolescents (12–18).
• Proven experience leading clinical teams, programs, or departments.
• Strong clinical judgment and data-driven decision making.
• Deep knowledge of DSM diagnoses, therapeutic modalities, adolescent development, and family systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead individual therapy sessions with students to address needs.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions with students and parents.
• Lead group therapy sessions and foster growth and interpersonal skills.
• Participate in weekly interdisciplinary treatment planning meetings.
• Supervise 3-5 clinicians with regular clinical meetings and guidance.
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and progress.
• Support family weekends and organize experiential activities like camping trips.
