AWARE in Butte, Montana is seeking a Residential Specialist to join our full-time care team. The position starts at $21.00 per hour and focuses on high-quality, trauma-informed support for adults, children, and families in our community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field or an associate degree in Human Services with related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and electronic medical records.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with individuals to assess strengths and skills for daily living.
• Provide empathetic support and conflict navigation.
• Document plans, notes, and incidents in EMR per policy.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and routine tasks.
• Organize activities and supervise daily living in a trauma-informed manner.
