AWARE Inc. in Butte, Montana is seeking a Residential Specialist to join our full-time team.

This position starts at $21.00/hour and centers on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities through daily living activities, community outings, and personal growth initiatives. You will implement care plans, document progress, and coordinate with the Residential Manager in a safe, respectful living environment that honors each person’s dignity.

Formación

• At least three (3) years of experience in Human Services required.
• Ability to implement individual support plans with behavioral techniques.
• Requires basic computer skills for performance-based software and EMR systems.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication to work in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with individuals to assess strengths and skills for daily living and meaningful activities.
• Support individuals in navigating challenges with empathy and coping strategies.
• Report to Residential Manager and handle documentation and scheduling tasks.
• Assist with meals, household chores, activities, and transportation as needed.
• Organize daily structured activities and supervise individuals during outings.
• Record progress in EMR and ensure confidentiality and trauma-informed care.
• Attend mandatory trainings and participate in team meetings.
