Qualifications

• Ideal candidates have trauma-informed care knowledge and experience in direct service.
• Background in social work, psychology, counseling or related fields is preferred.
• Ability to stay calm in high-stress situations and connect empathetically with residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible staff presence and follow residential schedules.
• Support a safe, respectful living environment for residents and children.
• Complete household and resident-accountability responsibilities per shift.
• Provide handovers and communicate concerns to the Residential Program Manager.
• Remain awake and responsive during overnight shifts and conduct checks.
• Assist residents with household tasks while promoting independence.
