AWARE Butte, Montana is hiring an Intensive Support and Stabilization Care Residential Specialist. This full-time role focuses on daily documentation, program planning, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment for residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Services or a Bachelor’s with 2+ years related experience.
• Ability to implement individual support plans using behavioral techniques.
• Proficient with electronic medical records systems.

Responsabilités

• Daily documentation checks: treatment plans, notes, staff notes, and communication logs.
• Organize structured group activities daily and supervise meals.
• Assist with scheduling, interviews, training, and other related matters.
• Support Residential Manager with supervisory tasks on an as needed basis.
• Utilize HELP de-escalation and safety procedures when a resident is a danger.
• Attend mandated trainings and pass required competency tests.
• Accurately record data in AWARE’s EMR system.
