AWARE in Butte, Montana is hiring an Intensive Support and Stabilization Care Residential Specialist. This full-time role starts at $28.00 per hour and includes access to benefits.

You will document plans, organize activities, assist with scheduling, and support a multidisciplinary team in delivering unconditional care. Qualifications include three years in Human Services or a relevant degree plus strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifikationen

• At least three years of experience in Human Services or an associate degree with related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in Human Services with relevant experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks and electronic records.

Aufgaben

• Daily documentation checks: treatment plans, notes, and logs.
• Post and verify weekly menu; ensure meals are prepared.
• Organize structured group activities every day.
• Assist with house cleaning and organization.
• Assist scheduling, interviews, training, and related tasks.
• Support Residential Manager with supervisory duties as needed.
• Use HELP de-escalation and basic First Aid/CPR when required.
• Attend trainings, in-services, and meetings; participate in committees.
• Complete trainings on HIPAA, ABC, SHED safety and related areas.
