Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of residential homes' activities and care.
• Coordinate care with treatment team, including planning and supervising staff.
• Develop treatment goals, plans, and progress summaries in collaboration with clinicians.
• Assist in budget development and cost control with Clinical Manager and Operations Director.
• Ensure trauma-informed, evidence-based practices are maintained and monitored.
