Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services required; QP credential preferred.
• Minimum of four years of supervisor experience in a child mental health setting.
• Valid driver license with good driving record; AP credentials with experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of residential homes and activities.
• Coordinate care with treatment teams and manage treatment plans and goals.
• Develop and monitor budgets; assist in cost reduction where appropriate.
• Lead and document weekly treatment team meetings and crisis plans.
• Supervise direct care staff and ensure compliance with policy requirements.
