Job summary

• You must hold a relevant master's degree and applicable licensure.
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams in behavioral health.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and crisis intervention (CPI).

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for implementing each youth's Individual Treatment Plan.
• Provide leadership and supervision to program staff with a trauma-informed approach.
• Supervise crisis response and safety for youth and staff.
• Oversee therapy, medication coordination, and behavioral interventions.
• Coordinate with supervisors and directors on staffings and planning.
• Monitor progress toward stabilization and transition readiness.
• Participate in admissions, training, and program evaluations.
• Ensure program cleanliness and adherence to policies.
