Chemical-Abuse-Services-Agenc is seeking a Case Manager to deliver case management and crisis intervention for residents in the Recovery House program. You will work to promote housing stability and recovery using trauma-informed, person-centered approaches.

Responsibilities include coordinating medical, mental health, and supportive services, while adhering to CASA, DMHAS, and CARF standards. A bachelors degree and US work eligibility are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Social Work/Human Services
• At least two years of professional experience with clients with behavioral health needs
• Understanding of homelessness impacts and services
• Willingness to develop multicultural competency in behavioral health settings
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred, with cultural humility

Responsabilidades

• Provide case management and crisis intervention to Recovery House residents
• Coordinate access to mental health, substance use, medical, vocational, and other services
• Ensure compliance with CASA, DMHAS, and CARF regulations
• Maintain professional competence and contribute to a positive residential community
