Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with chemical dependency.
• Ability to operate independently, think on your feet and follow training.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Belief in compassion, respect, positivity, and inclusion.
• Clearance with all relevant background checks as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with program residents to work toward their goals.
• Supervising residents’ daily living activities and house management for a safe, supportive environment.
• Maintaining current and accurate documentation on resident progress.
• Modeling positive and appropriate behaviors for residents.
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift opportunities available.
