Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Social Work/Human Services.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience with clients with behavioral health needs.
• Familiarity with homelessness-related factors (physiological, psychological, social, economic).
• Commitment to multicultural competency in behavioral health settings.
• Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred, with willingness to provide culturally relevant services.
• Must have a valid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management and crisis intervention to Recovery House residents.
• Support housing stability, recovery and independence through a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach.
• Collaborate with residents, service providers and community partners to coordinate access to mental health, substance use, medical and vocational supports.
• Promote housing stability, recovery and successful community integration.
