Job summary

Catholic Charities Family and Community Services (CCFCS) seeks a Program Manager to lead multiple housing and respite programs. You will supervise direct staff, oversee service delivery, ensure compliance, and support department-wide initiatives with a focus on quality improvement and trauma-informed care.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, a NYS driver’s license, and 3+ years in related fields with 2+ years in supervision.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field required.
• Credentials: Valid and clean NYS Driver’s License.
• Experience: 3+ years in alcoholism, substance abuse, human services, or mental health fields; 2+ years supervisory role.
• Skills: Proficiency in foreign language may be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manages programs within the department for Son House, Joseph Avenue Apartments, URMC Medical Respite and STEHP.
• Supervises direct service staff, oversees service delivery, and manages contracts and budgets.
• Develops department-wide initiatives in planning, staff development and quality improvement.
• Ensures compliance with confidentiality, privacy, billing and documentation standards.
• Supports trauma-informed care environment and effective communication among staff and partners.
• Produces reports for funders and manages client outcomes and census data.
• Oversees client placement data, rent calculations, billing and expansion proposals.
• Participates in recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and staff development.
