Job summary

Catholic Charities Family and Community Services (CCFCS) is seeking a dedicated professional to provide services, support and treatment to clients in a trauma‑informed environment. Responsibilities include counseling, advocacy, home studies and documenting service plans while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.

Under supervision, you will collaborate with staff, participate in required meetings, and coordinate care with Monroe County DHS and other providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Child Welfare or related field preferred; equivalent education/experience considered.
• Two or more years of experience in child welfare or community service fields preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to clients and families, including counseling, education, advocacy and documentation.
• Develop and monitor service delivery plans; coordinate evaluations across medical, educational, legal and mental health domains.
• Collaborate with community resources and other service providers to support client needs.
