Job summary

Victory Programs Inc in Boston, MA seeks a Program Director to lead the Victory House program. You will oversee operations, ensure trauma-informed, harm-reduction oriented services, and supervise staff while maintaining strong fiscal governance.

You will collaborate with the Deputy Director of Recovery Services and lead a team to deliver client-centered treatment for residents and clients with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience working with the priority populations.
• Experience with fiscal and contract management.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Knowledge and experience in team building and developing positive team dynamics, and the ability to supervise and manage both professional and paraprofessional staff.
• Ability to work cooperatively and supportively with other staff as a member of a treatment and management team.
• Strong organizational, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity, sex and drug cultures, age groups, religion, country of origin, disability and economic status
• Three strong work related professional references; at least 2 from manager or supervisor.
• Current CPR certification (may be obtained upon hire)
• Complete TB screening (may be obtained upon hire)

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, direction and all day to day program operations.
• Incorporate a harm reduction philosophy in all program operations.
• Prepare annual budgets, approve accounts payable and monitor monthly financial statements to operate within budget.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client charts and billing records by utilizing the Electronic Health Records Systems.
• Initiate and maintain constructive, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
• Maximize program census.
• Supervise, direct, train, and evaluate assigned program staff.
• Participate in agency Leadership Team meetings and division-based team meetings as needed.
