Frontier Behavioral Health in Spokane is seeking a Certified Peer Support Specialist to join the Mobile Crisis Response Team (MRRCT). You will provide peer support during crises, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help clients access stabilization resources in the community.

Qualifications

• Be in recovery from a mental health condition or substance use disorder.
• Must hold an active WA Certified Peer Support Specialist Credential or Trainee credential.
• Valid driver's license and ability to use personal vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing treatment interventions for acute crisis.
• Provide ongoing peer support to clients, including children and youth.
• Promote recovery, reduce stigma, and empower clients.
• Engage in discharge planning and connect families with community resources.
• Maintain client records and communicate with the MRRCT team.
