Frontier Behavioral Health is seeking a Mobile Crisis Assessment and Treatment supervisor to lead the MCAT team in Spokane. The role involves providing crisis intervention, supervision, and linkage to community resources to adults and youth in behavioral health crises.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree in behavioral sciences, crisis intervention experience, and DOH credential eligibility with a valid driver's license. Travel to community sites and offices is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in the behavioral sciences is required.
• Two years’ post-master’s degree crisis intervention experience is required.
• DOH credential eligibility (LAAC, LMHCA, LICSW, LMFTA) and active credential must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Must have an unrestricted and valid driver’s license and be willing to use a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide community-based crisis services and supervision for MCAT team activities.
• Perform initial and follow-up assessments for high-risk clients to ensure stabilization.
• Conduct suicide and homicide risk assessments and develop safety plans.
• Provide weekly supervision and training to MCAT staff; participate in quality improvement activities.
• Travel between sites and to community locations as required to deliver services.
