Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling or related field preferred.
• Experience with crisis intervention or shelter settings is a plus.
• Proven computer skills, including MS Office and basic database knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide after-hours support for all safe housing residents.
• Maintain emergency shelter and assist clients with basic needs.
• Conduct hourly shelter walkthroughs to ensure safety and needs are met.
• Document interactions and calls by shift end.
• Replenish supplies and prepare bedding for new residents.
• Create toiletry bags for incoming clients.
• Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for residents and staff.
