Qualifications

• Must meet licensing and background requirements per agency policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe supervision of youth in LOFT during overnight and day hours.
• Ensure LOFT rules are followed and maintain cleanliness and order.
• Build relationships with youth and support engagement in healthy behaviors.
• Complete administrative tasks, logs, and required data collection as directed.
• Assist with meals, transportation, and program activities for residents.
