Her Song in Florida seeks a Victim Outreach Coordinator to lead local outreach, manage referrals, and mentor survivors using trauma-informed approaches. You will build partnerships with regional jails and community partners to connect clients with Her Song’s residential program.

This role requires experience with crime victims, strong communication, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. You will work with the Survivor Care Coordinator to deliver survivor-centered, trauma-responsive services

Qualifications

Experience leading educational and recovery groups.
Knowledge of trauma-responsive programming.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Pass background checks and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Assist Survivor Care Coordinator with intake and care coordination for community clients.
Assist incoming residents through the intake process for the residential program.
Organize and facilitate outreach groups in jails and the community.
Provide local resources and referrals to outreach clients.
Engage with law enforcement and community partners to strengthen referrals.
Ensure client data is captured in case management software to measure outcomes.
Represent Her Song at meetings and events regionally.
Understand Her Song's operations and data points to educate others.
