Job summary

Harbor House of Central Florida is seeking a Community Services Manager to oversee the Outreach and Community Services Program, lead staff, and coordinate services for survivors of domestic violence. The role involves program development, staff training, and cross-agency collaboration to ensure effective service delivery.

You will manage case records, analyze outcomes, and report to senior leadership while participating in community meetings and representing Harbor House in various coalitions.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• 1-3 years supervisory experience and 3-5 years case management/social work.
• Valid Florida Driver’s License with clean record for past 5 years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn organization-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Develops and monitors Community Services and Outreach programs.
• Provides staff development through in-service trainings.
• Maintains relationships with community agencies.
• Reviews client files and provides feedback to advocates.
• Records statistical data and submits reports.
• Represents Harbor House in community meetings.
