Job summary

Her Song is seeking a Victim Outreach Coordinator in Miami, FL to lead outreach efforts and manage referrals for trauma-informed survivor-centered services. You will collaborate with the Survivor Care Coordinator to transition clients to residential programs, build relationships with regional partners, and present at community events.

The role requires experience with victims of crime, trauma-informed practices, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading educational and recovery groups.
• Knowledge of trauma-responsive programming.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work with diverse backgrounds.
• Capable of independent, multi-priority work.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Survivor Care Coordinator with intake and local care coordination for community clients.
• Organize outreach groups in jails and the community.
• Provide local resources and referrals to outreach clients.
• Engage with partners such as law enforcement, judiciary, service providers, and coalitions.
• Ensure all client data is captured in case management software.
• Attend meetings/events to present information about Her Song and represent the organization.
• Educate team about Her Song operations, services, and regional impact.
