Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous office experience preferred.
• CPR – training provided upon hire; Crisis Intervention - training provided upon hire.
• Strong office and phone skills; excellent organization and communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepares new admission charts, files patient information accurately, and maintains chart order.
• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of outpatient schedule and operations; communicates this information to our patients and visitors.
• Communicate with all departments to ensure proper admission of step downs and new admits.
