Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and communicate details to patients and staff.
• Follow up on vehicle maintenance needs and maintain logs.
• Assist in patient check-in and data entry into the EMR.
• Collect co-pays from patients and refer to Business Office for financial arrangements.
• Answer phones professionally and provide information as needed.
• Escort patients to and from lunch and support transportation duties as required.
• Support therapy referrals and ensure therapist is informed of patient status.
