Job summary

CHI Health Lasting Hope Recovery Center in Omaha, NE seeks a dedicated Mental Health Tech to support behavioral health teams. You will assist psychiatrists, patients, and care management, perform basic triage, monitor vital signs, and handle front/back office duties with confidentiality.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Human Services, BLS/CPR upon hire, First Aid within 6 months, and prior behavioral health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Human Services or related field.
• BLS/CPR certification required upon hire.
• First Aid to be completed within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic medication triage and monitor vital signs.
• Manage front office tasks: reception, registration, insurance/copay processing, phones.
• Assist psychiatrists, patients, and care management for smooth operations.
• Support back office tasks: refill requests, injections, and EHR documentation.
• Maintain confidential, trauma-informed, patient-centered care.
