Qualifications

• High School Diploma and 1 year in mental health.
• CPR certification on hire; BLS required on hire.
• BLS Instructor certification on hire; First Aid within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist psychiatrists, patients, and care management in daily work.
• Provide basic medication triage, vital signs, and front office support.
• Handle patient registration, insurance/copay processing, and calls.
• Back-office tasks include refills, injections, and EHR documentation.
• Maintain trauma-informed care, patient safety, and confidentiality.
• Support communications within the interdisciplinary team.
