Job summary

Lasting Hope Recovery Center in Omaha, NE is seeking a Mental Health Tech to support Behavioral Health's front and back office, assisting psychiatrists, patients, and the care management team. You will perform basic medication triage, vital signs, and manage patient registration and insurance processing.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferably upon hire
• Experience in behavioral health is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide basic medication triage and support services.
• Take vital signs and assist with clinical tasks under supervision.
• Manage front office tasks: registration, insurance/copay processing, phones.
• Support back-office tasks: refills and documentation in the EHR.
• Maintain safety, confidentiality, and trauma-informed care environment
