Job summary

Kittitas Interactive Management is seeking a Complex Needs Life Enrichment Coach Level II to support clients in their homes and community, focusing on goal-based personal growth and daily living assistance under Residential Service guidelines.

The role requires trauma-informed practice, strong communication, and the ability to document progress, coordinate with care teams, and ensure client safety, meals, and transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Background check cleared by DSHS before working alone.
• Valid driver’s license or Washington State ID.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to follow instructions, organize and set priorities.
• Intermediate experience supporting developmentally disabled adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide Trauma-Informed, Crisis Intervention and Prevention Intervention Support.
• Support clients in achieving and identifying behavioral goals.
• Document client behaviors appropriately.
• Coordinate goal setting and report progress with clients and management.
• Acknowledge and advocate for the needs, wants, and rights of clients with dignity and respect.
• Teach useful emotional and behavioral regulation techniques.
• Identify areas of change that clients on their caseload would like to achieve.
• Collaborate with clients to develop action plans that center on the actualization of their stated ambitions.
• Evaluate clients’ advancement toward goal actualization.
• Encourage continued and sustainable progress.
• Coordinate individualized programs for clients and document activity thoroughly.
• Assist with client money management such as petty cash, receipts, checkbook and EBTs.
• Supervise clients to ensure adequate safety.
• Ensure adequate health care for each client.
• Ensure clients have access to regular meals.
• Transport and accompany clients to and from agency outings and health appointments.
• Provide appropriate documentation for each appointment to management in a timely manner.
