Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and background check cleared by DSHS.
• Valid Driver's license or Washington State ID.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide Trauma-Informed, Crisis Intervention and Prevention Intervention Support.
• Support clients in achieving and identifying behavioral goals.
• Document client behaviors appropriately.
• Coordinate goal setting and report progress with clients and management.
• Assist with client money management and daily living tasks.
• Supervise clients to ensure safety and wellbeing.
• Transport clients to activities and appointments as needed.
• Administer medications and document accordingly.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Report injuries, safety hazards, and concerns to management.
