Job summary

Kittitas Interactive Management in Yakima, WA is seeking a Support & Recovery Advocate (Level II) to provide trauma-informed, crisis intervention and daily living support to clients in home and community settings. The role helps motivate clients toward Community Protection (CP) graduation following their therapist's Treatment Plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Clear background check before working alone with clients.
• Valid driver’s license or Washington State ID.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with others.
• Experience supporting developmentally disabled adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed crisis intervention and prevention support.
• Assist clients in achieving behavioral goals.
• Document client behaviors accurately.
• Coordinate managed care.
• Advocate for clients with dignity and respect.
• Teach emotional and behavioral regulation techniques.
• Collaborate with clients to graduate from the CP Program by following Treatment Plans.
• Ensure safety and coordinate transportation for activities and appointments.
