Job summary

Kittitas Interactive Management is seeking a Support & Recovery Training & Program Supervisor in Washington state to oversee client coaching, daily living supports, and staff development within the CP Program. You will supervise Support & Recovery Advocates and drive progress toward graduation, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Background check cleared by DSHS before working alone.
• Valid driver’s license or Washington State ID.
• Proof of adequate auto insurance.
• Cell phone at minimum; smartphone preferred for company apps.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to follow instructions and organize priorities.
• Ability to supervise new hires.
• At least 1 year experience with adults with ID preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of multiple care plans preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and advocate for clients with dignity and respect.
• Supervise teaching of emotional and behavioral regulation techniques.
• Oversee client progress toward CP Plan goals with action plans.
• Collaborate with staff to identify triggers and prevent relapse.
• Monitor schedules and ensure coverage for shifts.
• Supervise and document staff performance and peer coaching.
• Coordinate care and maintain comprehensive records.
