Job summary

Kittitas Interactive Management is seeking a Life Enrichment Training & Program Supervisor to oversee coaching and daily living support for a caseload. You will mentor Life Enrichment Coaches and ensure client goals align with care plans.

Responsibilities include supervising assessments, reporting progress, and coordinating with the Scheduling Manager to cover activities and health care appointments. Previous IDD experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent as a basic requirement.
• Minimum one year experience with adults who have IDD preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions, organize and set priorities, work well with staff and clients.
• Must have valid driver’s license or WA State ID and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and advocate for clients with dignity and respect.
• Supervise teaching of emotional and behavioral regulation techniques.
• Develop action plans with clients and staff to achieve stated ambitions.
• Supervise and document client progress and activity thoroughly.
• Coordinate care across individualized client programs and schedules.
• Provide peer coaching and staff development; conduct 1:1s with Life Enrichment Coaches.
