Job summary

Kaleb House is seeking a compassionate Life Coach to provide goal-focused support to survivors in our restoration program. You will help identify personal goals, build practical life skills, and foster independence within a multidisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities include on-site coaching, off-site support, and workshops to advance education, employment, finances, health, and personal development for survivors. Strong communication and trauma-informed approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, education or related field preferred.
• Experience in life coaching or mentoring vulnerable populations preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed approaches and survivor empowerment strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with survivors to set realistic, measurable personal goals in areas such as education, employment, financial literacy, health, and personal development.
• Provide guidance, accountability, and encouragement to help survivors achieve their objectives.
• Help survivors develop life skills including time management, decision-making, problem-solving, and self-advocacy.
• Work with Case Managers, Licensed Professional Counselors, Registered Nurses, and leadership to ensure coaching aligns with care plans.
