Worthwhile, a non-profit in Pennsylvania, seeks a House Coach (Resident Support Staff) for The Well, a long-term residential program for survivors of human trafficking. This role provides direct care, guidance, and a trauma-informed living environment to residents as they develop independent living skills and personal goals.

Responsibilities include transportation to appointments, helping with life skills, documenting shift notes, and collaborating with the team.

Qualifications

• Certified Recovery Specialist or Certified Peer Specialist preferred.
• Associate Degree in behavioral or social sciences, social work, counseling, or related field; or an HS diploma with two years direct service/trauma experience.
• Valid driver’s license; baseline knowledge of trauma; ability to transport residents.
• Excellent time-management, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide support services to residents.
• Transportation with company vehicle to appointments.
• Assist residents with life-skill tasks and independent living skills.
• Administer pre-counted medications for day or weekend shifts.
• Complete shift notes at end of shift; communicate issues to the team.
• Other duties as assigned.
