Job summary

MISSSEY, Inc. seeks an Integrated Services Manager to lead youth-focused transformation coaching and case management for Contra Costa and Alameda counties. You will supervise and develop staff, ensure trauma-informed, survivor-centered services, and drive high-quality outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, and a track record of building partnerships to strengthen service delivery and youth outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in strength-based and trauma-informed care.
• Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences preferred.
• Experience supervising transformation coach staff.
• Experience working with African American women and girls.

Responsibilities

• Lead Transformation Coaches to deliver high‑quality programming.
• Ensure timely case documentation reflects progress and outcomes.
• Develop staff through coaching and trainings.
• Oversee payroll, expenses, and staff assignments.
• Coordinate with program leadership and external partners.
