Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a licensed clinical supervisor to oversee ICMS case management and community health worker supervision. You will provide regular supervision, clinical guidance, and crisis intervention within licensure and agency protocols, ensuring high-quality care and contractual compliance.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Counseling, Psychology or related field.
• Licensed by California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
• Must hold current license as mental health professional and Clinical Supervision Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular clinical supervision, consultation, coaching and guidance to staff and program participants.
• Review high-acuity cases and guide risk assessment, care coordination and crisis planning.
• Lead case conferences and collaborate with health providers to promote coordinated, participant-centered care.
• Document monthly supervision activities and ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
