Youth Homes in Contra Costa County seeks a Clinician and Intensive Care Coordinator (ICC) to provide evidence-based therapy and coordinate comprehensive care for youth, caregivers, schools, and community providers. Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
• Current registration or licensure with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (A/L.M.F.T., A/L.C.S.W., A/L.P.C.C.)
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and family-centered care
• Ability to manage complex cases

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy and coordinate care for youth and families
• Lead Child and Family Team meetings with caregivers and educators
• Coordinate services among schools and community providers to ensure connected support
• Maintain timely clinical documentation compliant with Medi-Cal and HIPAA
