Job summary

Just Compassion of East Washington County is seeking a Case Manager Lead to provide consultation, guidance, and quality oversight to HRSN direct service staff. You will support case planning, coordinate workflows, perform case reviews, and ensure program compliance, trauma-informed care, and client-centered outcomes.

You will mentor staff, interpret policy updates, train on safety planning, engage with multidisciplinary teams, and liaise with partners, landlords, courts, and CCOs to coordinate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in social services, housing navigation, or case management.
• Ability to interpret federal, state, and local requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with confidential client records and data systems.
• Basic computer proficiency (Google Suite, case management software).
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and partners.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
