Job summary

Anderson Academy Charter School in Winston-Salem, NC, on-site, is hiring an Instructional Assistant for a 10-month, Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend/evening hours. You will assist a teacher, provide small-group instruction, and support trauma-informed, inclusive learning environments.

Qualifications include an associate's or bachelor's degree (education-related preferred) and at least two years of classroom experience. Proficiency with Google Classroom and Teams is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide small group instruction following teacher plans.
• Support students from diverse backgrounds and with varied needs.

• Collaborate with staff to ensure learning continuity.
