Qualifikationen

• Must have valid Ohio driver’s license and ability to meet agency requirements for driving insurability.
• Must meet agency requirements for criminal background check (Ohio BCI & FBI).

• Maintains an individual caseload to assist clients affected by sexual violence and trafficking.
• Uses trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to identify needs and create service goals.
• Provides emotional support, crisis intervention, and advocacy as needed.
• References survivors to services within the agency or with external partners to address basic needs.
• Coordinates with H&H team for service coordination and progress monitoring.
• Maintains confidential client records and attendance tracking.
• May travel to coordinate with other organizations in the community.
• Represents the mission and philosophy of H&H in all activities.
