Job summary

The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is seeking an On-Call Client Access Representative to serve as the welcoming front line at our Denver sites, greeting clients, vendors, and visitors and helping manage the lobby and basic office tasks with professionalism and care.

You will independently verify insurance, register clients in the electronic health record, support health information management under HIPAA, schedule appointments, and coordinate with care teams to connect people to services

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in customer service or front desk roles.
• Ability to work at multiple client access sites in the Denver area.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors at front desk.
• Verify insurance, register clients, and enter data into EHR.
• Manage health information in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Schedule appointments and perform general administrative tasks.
• Provide care coordination and connect clients to community services.
• Respond to inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
