Job summary

Pinnacle Family Services, part of Health Connect America, is hiring a licensed therapist to provide high-quality mental health services to children, youth, and families in North Carolina. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintain compliant documentation, and participate in community outreach to promote services.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Services or a related field is required.
• Must hold one of the following licenses in the state of North Carolina: LPCA, LCSWA, LMFTA or LCASA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, families, and treatment teams.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family sessions to address mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed, and provide crisis intervention when necessary.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of all interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes per company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in treatment meetings to ensure holistic, coordinated care.
• Connect clients and families with additional resources and support services to address broader needs.
• Participate in outreach and community engagement to promote services and attract new clients.

Education
