Qualifications

• Willing to work with law enforcement and across programs.
• Must have valid Texas driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Engage individuals at the Diversion Center using trauma-informed, person-centered approach.
• Build rapid rapport with clients in crisis situations.
• Assist with transportation, meals, and maintaining a safe environment at Diversion Center.
• Collaborate with Diversion Center staff to meet client needs.
• Adhere to the agency Code of Conduct and report concerns.
