Job summary

Refuge for Women seeks a Clinical Director to supervise program staff, ensuring trauma-informed, evidence-based care across three phases of residential recovery. You will supervise Program Directors, maintain compliance, and drive participant safety and outcomes.

You will lead crisis response, coordinate with healthcare partners, and guide data reporting for quality improvements in a faith-based, confidential environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• 5–7 years clinical experience; residential or recovery setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care and co-occurring disorders.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise program directors to ensure trauma-informed care across all phases.
• Oversee intake, assessment, discharge, and program compliance with licensing standards.
• Ensure program model consistency and crisis intervention when needed.
• Direct data collection, outcomes evaluation, and reporting for quality assurance.
• Coordinate care with healthcare providers, referral sources, and external partners.
• Provide guidance for complex cases and support staff development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all services.
