Job summary

Collaborate with clinicians, participate in supervision, and maintain documentation according to ethical standards while advancing professional development and evidence-based care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or MFT with MA licensure or eligibility.
• Experience providing individual and couples therapy, including trauma, betrayal, and attachment issues.
• Knowledge of CBT, narrative therapy, attachment-based models, and Gottman Method.
• Strong interpersonal and culturally responsive communication with professional boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans for clients.
• Deliver individual and couples psychotherapy with a trauma focus.
• Document clinical work in accordance with ethical standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with other clinicians and participate in supervision/case consultation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain evidence-informed care.
