The Trinity Wellness Group in Massachusetts is seeking a licensed Therapist for a full-time, on-site role based in Braintree, MA. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy to adults in day treatment and intensive outpatient settings, guided by evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches.

• Clinical counseling skills across modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR).
• Experience with substance use disorders and dual diagnosis.
• Trauma-informed interventions and risk assessment.
• Strong communication within multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficient clinical documentation and treatment planning.
• Massachusetts licensure or eligibility preferred (LICSW/LMHC/LCSW).
• Commitment to culturally responsive, nonjudgmental care.
• Experience in addiction treatment or PHP/IOP settings preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adults in day treatment and IOP settings.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on coordinated care.
• Document clinical services and progress toward goals.
• Monitor patient progress and participate in treatment team meetings.
• Contribute to discharge and aftercare planning.
• Support program groups and provide crisis intervention when needed.
