Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health required.
• Independent licensure or eligibility preferred.
• Prior experience in community mental health and shelter systems preferred.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed and culturally competent care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide crisis consultation as needed.
• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy using trauma-informed approaches.
• Complete clinical documentation and billing records accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with shelter and community teams to create behavior support and risk plans.
• Liaise with state agencies, shelters, and community providers.
• Participate in quality improvement, licensing reviews, and accreditation processes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through trainings and supervision.
• Assist in development and facilitation of group services aligned with agency mission.
• Maintain clear, respectful communication with clients and collaborating agencies.
• Promote agency values in daily clinical practice.
